[PureInsight.org] My neighbor Ms. Zhao, who sold oden at the shop, disappeared for several days. She was hard-working and would not close her shop for no reason, especially since she had two children attending school. While I was just pondering this, she showed up the next day. She told me that she went back to her hometown for a funeral. She could not figure out why her relative died. Apparently, her relative was riding a tricycle to the market. When she returned from the market, a dog chased after her and jumped onto the tricycle. When she arrived home, she…
[PureInsight.org] When it comes to the feeling of the Lunar New Year, mainland Chinese people will feel ‘boring’, ‘busy’, etc., and cannot feel the real New Year. The feeling of the New Year has become the actions of ‘going home and getting together’, ‘going to reunite with parents’, which means people doing their best. During the Chinese New Year, if you do not go home, the family is not re-united and it seems that something is missing. Coupled with the so-called ‘Chinese New Year Gala’ held annually by the CCP, the exaggeration of the Chinese New Year, emphasizing ‘go home’…
[PureInsight.org] As a cultivator, we all know that our compassionate Master is trying to save us. Therefore, our bodies can become healthy; our minds can open; we have the wisdom that can clearly see history and everything in the world; and we have invincible and indefatigable righteous thoughts and righteous actions. Whenever I think of what Master has endured for us, I often shed tears. Only by doing what we should do can we be worthy of what Master bears for us. I will share from the perspective of a higher level as to what Master has endured in history,…
[PureInsight.org] We can see that all high ranking officials receive very good treatment. In ancient times, they were carried in palanquins with eight carriers, and the officials of today have luxury cars and bodyguards. This is what we can see. But beings (whom we can’t see) are also protecting these people in other dimensions. According to records in the book, “Mysterious Strange Records,” there once was a man named Wei Gao. He was very poor, and often wandered outside the Jianmen Pass. Provincial governor of Xichuan and Minister of War, Zhang Yanshang, arranged to have his daughter married to Wei…
WILLOW, Alaska—The race to Nome began Sunday for 33 mushers in this year’s Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race in Alaska. Jessie Holmes. an Alabama native living in the Alaska community of Brushkana, was the first musher to leave across a frozen lake about 70 miles north of Anchorage. Holmes works as a carpenter and appears on the reality television show “Life Below Zero.” Other mushers left in two-minute intervals. They will travel nearly a thousand miles over the unforgiving Alaska winterscape, climbing over two mountain ranges, mushing on frozen rivers and streams and across the treacherous Bering Sea ice. The…
[PureInsight.org] Since the beings in heaven are all very, very capable, when their lives have undergone great corruption, their negative side is revealed. Many of these beings have arranged a complete set of ways to save themselves. Since they are also mixed in with many bad factors, their arrangements have become very impure and cannot achieve the goal of completely saving the firmament and all sentient beings. Because the universe is too big to describe in human language, the old force’s arrangements have become something very detailed, orderly and “perfect.” There are also positive and negative beings in the universe.…

[PureInsight.org] This is a lesson about a cultivator who, in this lifetime when Dafa is widely disseminated in the world, was unable to obtain a human body because he had unintentionally undermined the Buddha Fa in the past. I hope that fellow cultivators and people of the world who have not obtained the Fa do not under any circumstances undermine the Buddha Fa, whether intentional or not. That kind of sinful karma is too gigantic! It is said that in the latter stages when the venerable Shakyamuni was in the world disseminating his Fa, many people listened to him speak.…
[PureInsight.org] On the first day of Chinese New Year in 2018, I watched a Shen Yun performance. Throughout the exquisite performance, I was both touched and amazed. There was one program, “A Tale of Devotion,” which left a vivid impression on me. On the next day after watching the performance, a magnificent chronicle of history was revealed before my eyes, a chronicle that fully reproduced heaven’s arrangement for Xue Rengui and Wang Baochuan, (the protagonists featured in the aforementioned program). I was so amazed that I decided to write down the main part of this story. 1. Heaven’s Arrangement There…
LOS ANGELES—A year after he was slapped on stage at the Academy Awards, Chris Rock hammered Will Smith and his wife in a comedy special streamed live around the world, joking that he enjoyed seeing the actor beaten in his latest film. Live on Netflix on Saturday from the Hippodrome Theatre in Baltimore, Rock said he had been watching slavery drama “Emancipation” just to see Smith “get whooped,” cheering “hit him again” and “you missed a spot.” In March 2022, Smith walked on to the Oscars stage and slapped Rock’s face after the comedian made a joke about the appearance…
